New Logistics Warehouses and Administration Offices comprise the program for a new 22,600sf building that replaces two existing structures while maintaining the historic nature of the site.

This sustainable project adheres to the VA Sustainable Design Manual and Guiding Principles Checklist for Green Globes, as well as meets the stringent physical security requirements for a VA Mission Critical Facility, including blast analysis and design.
