State of Washington DSHS This pre-design study was for a project to design a new state-owned, contractor-run facility on the grounds of the Pine Lodge capable of housing approximately 24 to 32 youth ranging from 12 to 21 years old and constructed with materials resistant to destructive behaviors.
The new facility would include individual rooms for each youth, single occupant bathrooms and showers, a common commercial kitchen and multiple common areas. |
