WWA to Receive New Projects at Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics (SORCC)
The US Department of Veterans Affairs recently notified William Wilson Architects of their intent to award WWA two new projects at the VA Medical Center in White City, OR.
WWA will coordinate a multidisciplinary design team for a $7.0 million retrofit of existing infrastructure systems for the sixty acre campus. PBS Engineering + Environmental will provide civil engineering services to upgrade the potable water, sanitary sewer and storm water systems.
WWA will design a 22,000 square foot, $8.5 million, logistics warehouse facility which will replace the demolition of two existing buildings. Special design requirements include compatibility with the historic character of the existing campus, a high level of sustainability, and unique physical security requirements.
